The idea is simple.

Sorry, still can't really realize what is the problem. You can use InlineSetting to create two different parts of a String meter, one for the radio button and the other for the string on right of the button. For instance:In this example, the radio button gets one color (red in this case), while its text (Wallpaper 1) gets another color (yellow here). You obviously can (and have to) replace the InlineSettingX options by some setting the font, but hope you can get this working.
Did I misunderstood something? Sorry if I did, but this is what I got so far.
